Firstly, that was one of my favourite books growing up, so I felt compelled to mention it to all you procreating people, as necessary reading for your many offpsring when they get to the right age. Up there in the literary stakes with The Cat in the Hat, Mallory Towers, St Clare's, Billy Bunter, The Secret Seven, Noddy & The Bunkey, Brer Rabbit, Charlie & The Chocolate Factory, Little Black Sambo, The Wolves of Willoughby Chase and all things Narnia. Ah happy days…
But I was thinking more of our Dump – Ross popped round earlier to laugh at it and then take us back to Parson's Green for a very nice – and clean – roast chicken, a mountain of papers and some lovely sofa snoozing (interspersed with cheese) without coughing yourself awake with dust. Lovely.
So here's a few shots of our lovely dive 3 weeks in, for you to enjoy…. (you'll especially love the 2nd one with the dangling light switch that hits me on the head every time I open the washing machine, making me think I've just electrocuted myself on a live wire EVERY bloody time…..) Sx
