Good news

Argentina photos to come (lucky you hey?) – but thought I'd share the very very good pre-Xmas news with you.

Had the 2-monthly joy of seeing Prof this Thursday. Mercifully quick one as he was doubled up on people having cancelled everyone (me included) from the day before.

I got the results yesterday while in Waitrose, as you do – heart-stopping moment as it always is, especially having been ill on holiday when you wonder 'is this the start of a downward trend' – so extra good to hear that my paraprotein score still stable at 3, and no other blood stuff going on.

Hugely relieved, especially as it feels I can now go ahead and book a few trips for Q1 (Tibet looking very likely for February, mmmm roasty-toasty) and I get another slice of my life, in its usual 2 month chunks, back for myself.

Good start to Christmas – hu-bloody-rrah!
