.. something I find myself doing at least 5 times a week, reminded me to pop a plug on here for dear old Radio Jackie.
A little known but actually quite good (if you're in your mid 40s) radio station that bizarrely used to – and I think still does – broadcast from the top of Tolworth Tower. Yes, that hideous grey behemoth that scars the roundabout down the A3, opposite the dodgy Charrignton Bowl, and which is only brightened by a lonely & brave M&S Food at its base.
Anyway – next time you're within 20 miles of it, or whatever the real transmitting distance is, give dear old Radio Jackie on 107.8 FM a run for its money. It's just one press of the magic station-hunting button above Heart (yes, another golden musical paradise)on 106.2.

ooo i already have it! As the big 4-0 approached last year I switched annoying shouty radio 1 for radio jackie so I could hear local traffic reports, local issues and gems of golden oldies and today’s rockpop hits! I’m comfy with my middle age! 🙂
