Blimey – Cool Stats or What?

Here's one for you quanty tech-heads out there. I was just having a look at my Blog Stats (yes, there's a phrase I don't use too often) and I have to say – you guys have been amazing!

Since AV kindly set it up for the technically-challenged numpty that I am, it's attracted over 5,000 views, averaging at a stonking 11.44 views per day – yes every blooming day! I thought it must be weekly at least but no, its astoundingly a day thing.

Highest scores on the doors appear to fall around high days and holidays – a whopping high score of 107 views on 18th Dec 2008 and on 29th Oct (day before my birthday in case anyone wants to send me a card this year..!) a huge 102…. with not a single day polling less than 1 'quick look in case she's posted somethign decent for once'.

Wow wow wow, I am awed.

So the possible reasons for this seem to be:

1. Someone has sent my blog details to a bunch of prisons where the inmates have nothing better to do than look online and think Scotty's Blog is a typo for Slutty's (Porno) Blag

2. Conker & Mojo are miraculously sitting on the Typepad login button on my laptop as they warm their ever-expanding bellies on the in-built heater fan thingy

3. I have secretly been subscribed to 'Rent a Mate' and this has bought me a set of supposedly avid pay-per-view admirers, who just can't get enough of my ramblings

4. You guys don't get out enough and / or are skiving 10 mins off work several times a week to have a squizz at the latest Scottster guff 

5. I just got lucky with a top bunch of mates who keep me feeling loved and listened to, and by blog-checking, allow me not to have to talk about 'having Cancer' any more than I already do.
