Yup – Prof still driving me a bit potty with regard to how hard it can be to drag a comprehensible answer out of him, but at least the scores on the doors remain good, and H came with me to get up to speed again as he's been travelling for the last few.

And I discovered that apparently I have 'IgG Kappa myeloma' – yes, that makes a lot of intuitive sense, not – but anyway it puts me in the most comon group of Myeloma people, probably actually a good thing, so happy for once not to be different.
Hurrah – 2 months to the next one – and have told him I will not be in the mood for any bad news pre-wedding, just to manage all our expectations! Sx
