Well this has been a long time coming…. finally managed to snaffle a night at the cottage with Janine & Ross, just in time to see the bluebells in their last finery down in the nearby woods. Which we reach by going through the Uppy-Downy Field, one of my favourite walk names..

While grubby Scrumpy ignored us as she was busily occupied chomping on a large log. Little did she know it was her last hurrah before being whisked to the Storrington dog groomers that afternoon – she looks soooooo much better now!
Ah the different personalities of our much loved dogs… and for the chance to actually stay overnight at the coot, we have missed it! x
