No, sadly not a garden full of eggs for me this year (although am always open to offers..), instead we had Mikey & Margo round with Patrick & Emmy.
Emmy is at a super cute age, rushing round the garden with her little egg collecting box, occasionally pretending that she didn't;t know the different between the two eggs colour she was collecting (pink and gold) and Patrick's blue & green ones. Patrick of course is always fabulous – and Scrumpy bizarrely loved being thrown overarm fast baseball style throws, straight into her teeth only about 3 yards away..
And both kids were put to work helping Uncle Hawksey plant a few chitted potatoes and with a spot of veg bed digging..
Really nice to have people over and to start to feel a bit more normal – much more please! S x
