Urgh – took the main bandage off poor leftie last night – what a bruised delight lay beneath it.
Thank god it's on the mend – am about to go and see the rheumatologist this morning to tell him the steroids for polymyalgia seem to be working, so maybe with both of these bits of medical rubbish under my belt I can look forward to a less painful and hassle autumn than this summer has been at times.

The drive to Parkside in a minute with this hand could be interesting – my first car try in a week – very good job its an automatic car…
