We saw – well, had a phone chat with, still no face to face consultations – H's oncologist Mr Khoo last week.
Very luckily, all is still ok with H's 'numbers' – he is even for the first time on the right side of the white cell count line, which has finally picked up to the right level since his chemo & radio treatments. A whole year to rebuild, these little suckers take their time it seems..
Khoo seemed pretty happy – which is just what we want, especially now – so the next 'meet' is now in 4 months' time, rather than the usual 3 months. A bit like my Prof, they seem to lengthen the schedule if things are going in the right direction for a while, so we'll definitely bank that.
Next one – mid March. Till then, hopefully no news is good news!
