Fab couple of nights at the cottage last weekend with Janine, Sarah, Jane and Clare G. Ross said 'have a great squeaky time' and he wasn't far off the truth – pretty much incessant nattering, yakking and catching up over 48 hours is a very good tonic for the soul.
Popped down to Brighton on Sat, where the forecast rain kindly stayed well away, while we shopped and ate yet more food at the lovely Giggling Squid. Had to get a quick shot of us in front of the Cock Ring as this hideous thing is now 'fondly' known.
Highlight still has to be Clare spitting her entire mouthful of drink in pure laughter at someone's comment – an excellent piece of self-spraying. Just wish I'd got that on camera..
Here's to the next one – more lasagne, chicken and of course margaritas and rhubarb cosmos! Bloody fine ones if I say so myself.. x
