this'll make you laugh – check out this photo of my latest delivery of Sildenafil, the drug I take for my dodgy lungs. This is enough for a month or so – crazily each ridiculously small pack contains less than I need for 3 days, so each lot that gets prescribed is enough to clog up a small landfill.
Cue me, in the kitchen, taking the 2 tiny strips of 4 tablets out of each box, collapsing each one down to its flat format for recycling, taking out the 21 identical drugs leaflets from within each one and sticking the actual useful bit – the tablets – into one of Scrumpy's poo bags for safe keeping.
Bleddy mad huh?
