Anyone got a great paint colour that we should paint our entire house with?
We were thinking a light grey but they're either too dark and dingy or cold.
Then it was a Farrow & Ball pale green but H is hallucinating mint walks before we even have any.
I love our old Biscuit colour, but maybe it is a bit too yellowy for 2016 and beyond.
Am at Parkside right now and the answer is definitely not insipid cream with a touch of widdly lemon, which is omnipresent here.
Next time you pop over, forego the kind cake gift for a tester pot!
Including one for our bedroom ceiling, now resplendent with brown lines and damp. Yesterday's torrential thunderstorms were very badly timed to coincide with our roof being off. My bedroom smells mouldy already…… Poo X X X

I have about 30 tester pots here!!!! My old house was Nutmeg white, which i love. Going with Pearl Grey (dulux) and Jade White (dulux) here, and have done a nice strong blue (James, littlegreene paints) in office. I think you could get away with a stronger colour and really recommend littlegreene – if there’s a stockist near you they have all the paints painted up on boards so easy to play and compare. If you are coming to see new house at any point you are welcome to tester pot heaven! In fact if you hurry you’ll see 11 of them on the lounge wall 🙂
PS greys are great. warm or cool. i think a bluey one would work for you, or a warm more chocolatey one. littegreene has the biggest selection but the new dulux ones are ok too… i’ll stop now…
