After a ribs supper at Joe Allen's I went to see the new musical 9-to-5 at the Savoy theatre last night with Janine – lucky her, my idea for her Xmas present, as we went to Dollywood in the US a few years back, so I thought it was time for a spot more of the lovely Ms Parton.
It's only been open a week and given that Louise Redknapp managed to fall over on her way to rehearsals a couple of weeks ago, so has been replaced at the last minute, it was actually really good.Nice and uplifting – particularly the chest of the main lady playing the Dolly role..
Just wondering how long it will now take for me to get 'stumble outta bed…. working 9 to 5' etc out of my head. 'It's enough to make you crazy if you let it….'

I’m jealous! I ran past the theatre on the Cancer Research last Sunday and thought what a fun night out that musical would be! But agree the song does just stick…
