Very good news

Phew – just got the results back from my six monthly bone marrow biopsy.

'It's good Scotty. No evidence of the MM on your marrow immunophenotyping which is the most sensitive test'.

OK, so after all these years I'm still not fully up on the 'pheno' lingo, but as they say in the movies, she had me at 'it's good…'

Massive relief as I was somewhat shitting myself that a bad result could be on its way, just in time to crap all over life in vernal, including our big New Zealand trip, planned for Mr H for January.

Now we just have to have a positive conversation with H's consultant next Wednesday, and if so, we will be heading in a good direction for the time being. Deep sigh of relief x
