Think I might have eaten rather a lot these last few weeks..
Nipped up to the village last week for Jane & Janine's combined birthdays, as they are both late November girls. Cocktails at Hemingways then supper at the newish Italian, Cent Anni. All very good, though not so much my head the next morning when I actually had to get up and go and run a small workshop..
And then another birthday supper out on Friday too, this time just with Janine & Ross. Started at the Kensington Wine Rooms (obvs a top fave of mine, but thank god they do at least knock out a decent G&T) and then on the The Shed in Notting Hill. Very quirky little place, good food, liked the atmosphere and we were only the oldest by about 10 years, so not too bad for a night out 'up town' these days..
And I think slightly blurry photos might also be the way to go from here on in too – much more forgiving!
Can't believe we were out last night too for dinner (thanks Hatch & Rich) and tonight it's Claire White's turn – looking forward to seeing what's on the menu, then its porridge all next week. Ish.
