Blimey – young Oliver White is 7 already. Tallest lad in his class so you'd think he was more like 8-9 but the leap for joy he gave when he got a spare at his birthday bowling bash showed he probably is more 7 really… it was rather sweet.<\/p>\n

Major brownie points to Claire & Jon for coping with 13 kids between them – the complicated juggle of individual car seats alone to get that many small bottoms to a bowling alley would have defeated me.. But they soldiered valiantly on, corralling the kids masterfully as the 3 other parents who were there did … absolutely bugger all to help.<\/p>\n

And apparently Oliver was delighted with the globe I gave him for his prezzie, which is hopefully one step on the road towards him hopefully loving travel just a bit as much as I do.<\/p>\n

Two hours of bowling, pouring squash, dragging escapees back into the pen, chasing the staff, helping with the pizza & chips tea, then ice cream and cake – god I was knackered afterwards – even heading to see my pesonal trainer straight afterwards seemed like a break in some ways - so double hats off to C&J – it seemed ot go brilliantly and I don't know how you do it! x<\/p>\n
