Bloody hell – you can see why people fling themselves off Beachy Head – went up there with Janine, Hawksey and the mutts and my knees were knocking with fear about 5 yards from the – incredibly sheer and non-railinged – mega edge.<\/p>\n

Amusing number of Japanese tourists doing selfies with the white cliffs of Seven Sisters in the background – quite sweet that they choose to come to the good old British seaside and clifftops on their holidays.<\/p>\n

Managed not to lose either dog over the edge – although Flossie was doing her full 'I'm up on my hind legs and if you let go of the lead I'm pelting straight ahead' meerkat impression.<\/p>\n

Polished off the mini climb with a very nice Mr Whippy, overlooking the rocky beach with various brave souls in the water below – now that is Britishness at its best!<\/p>\n
