So Mr H gets back from the dinner party at 1.30am, and pops up to tell me about it. After ten mins, I can smell him so strongly that I sit up and start to retch. Poor, poor man, it's not exactly the 'welcome home' from your wife that anyone would want. Can't believe I am so sensitive to anything now that even thinking about mouthwash, or walking past a sink that I could be sick in, can set me off. This is a side effect I definitely didn't have with first SCT and I really hope it buggers off soon. <\/p>\n
Mouth is still…. pretty similar. I sit on the loo asking myself 'can I brush my teeth without vomming, maybe if I just used water and not toothpaste' and I just don't know. I'd really like to give it a good sloosh out but just don't want to throw up again. Urgh, stalemate.<\/p>\n
Still in bed at 11.30am, the whole getting up thing is just such an effort. Keep feeling sick, tossing the covers on and off to get air, then get warm again. Eventually forced myself into bathroom at 2pm, did a much needed tooth brushing and of course was then heaving and spitting mucus into the sink. Nothing in me to actually throw up.<\/p>\n
Had a slow rest of day. Swighty, Woodsie and Hatch popped over late afternoon, while H in bed as he's full of chesty cold which neither of us wants him to have – risky for me and crappy for him.<\/p>\n
On the sofa, apart from forcing myself to eat tiny bit of cottage pie, the only food I've had all day. Just desperate to wake up and be able to eat normally again.<\/p>\n
