Well that was the Night of Wee. Bed 10.30pm and up at 11, 12, 2.30, 4 and 5.30am for a wee – that should be all the fluid back out then, apart from the pint that's given me back my cankles, that is….<\/p>\n
Had bloods done at PS then straight on in the car to the cottage. Feels slightly odd doing something so familiar but that now feels a bit scary as it's a long way from PS. Just hoping I can have at least a bit of the roast chicken that I've asked for tonight – will my fantasy become a reality?<\/p>\n
Afternoon on sofa, surprise surprise, interspersed with being reminded to drink lots of liquid. Very good news is that my creatinine level is way down to 140 (normal levels are 60-120) – much better than the 270 of a couple of days ago. Annoyingly though, I have to go and have yet another bloody blood test tomorrow – even Sundays aren't sacrosanct, there truly is no rest for even the marginally wicked.<\/p>\n
So biggest ball ache now is my pig of a back, which is shout out loud painful, especially when moving from lying down to standing up. Crazy having to be hand lifted off the sofa when without back pain I could stand up myself.<\/p>\n
But I did at least manage a small bit of lovely roast chicken, 2 roast spuds, 2 sprouts and a scoop of cauliflower cheese for dinner. About 20% of what I'd normally have, but all I could manage. Topped off with my 5th portion of yoghurt for the day, with 2 pestled Aciclovir mixed into it. By god, I'm trying…<\/p>\n
Ended up in the bath, fell asleep in there and discovered the coot tub is much narrower than ours, which has the turning circle of the ark. Lucky Mr H, trying to manhandle his back-scared wife out of there, no mean feat.<\/p>\n
They all now downstairs moving on to cheese. I'm tucked up in bed, like a small child. Just had a tiny bit of cheddar passed through my door. Hopefully next weekend things will be that little bit better x <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
