Beside myself as just couldn&#39;t get upright without shrieking due to the back pain. Thought about trying to wee on a towel, but couldn&#39;t reach it. Tried ringing H downstairs on the sofa, but his phone was off. Eventually managed to pull myself up. Total bloody misery and I&#39;m not sure who to ask for help, physio? Prof? Back surgeon? Crapola. Can&#39;t even cross one ankle over the other, just too sore.<\/p>\n<p>Pretty miserable day, dozing on the cottage sofa, shovelling in 5 doses of Aciclovir and yoghurt, trying to drink as got to go to Parkside again this afternoon for another blood test. Food just of no interest and everyone and everything smells horrid to me. Seeing Prof tomorrow to hopefully get a referral to someone who can help with the back pain. Literally writhing and crying in the bath just now as poor H tried to haul me out.
