So, on Tuesday I thought 'must get a quick mani before we head off to Bordeaux at gnat's crack on Wed, so my nails look decent'. <\/p>\n

And as there wasn't much time I foolishly dropped into my non-favourite local nail bar to get the paws seen to.<\/p>\n

This time, the aggressive Vietnamese woman manages to keep her comments to 'your hair look better'. Phew, thought I, as she molested my cuticles.<\/p>\n

At which point though the dried up old prune having her hooves trimmed in the pedi chair, decides to chip in. 'I know what you need'.<\/p>\n

'Oh, right, what's that then?' Say I, not really wanting to know at all.<\/p>\n

'There's this great shampoo. It'll make your hair grow so much faster. And thicker. I know people 'like you' who've used it and their hair grew loads'.<\/p>\n

At which point she starts rustling her phone out and says 'It's on Amazon'.<\/p>\n

And insists I pass my phone over so she can take a photo of it.<\/p>\n

Phone comes back with this on. Yep, you really couldn't make this stuff up!<\/p>\n
