Took Mum out for lunch first in Margate, but not one of her better days, all a bit quiet and not chatty, making it all a bit hard work, trying to pry conversation out of her and perk her up.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; font-family: UICTFontTextStyleBody; font-size: 21px; line-height: 1.2em;\"><span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);\">But things picked up immensely at Paul and Sarah Taylor\u2019s joint 50th party at the very sweet Astor Theatre in Deal that evening. Great as ever to catch up with various (mostly ex-)AV chums, including J &amp; R, Curly &amp; James, Lee &amp; Jarrod, K and Duncan, Jane &amp; Jon, Michelle &amp; Ian, Annie Brister, Jackie and Viv etc &#8211; and a fab bash with great food, drink, ice cream stand, selfie booth and a top notch band.
